About this tool
Enter the employer and employee details, the pay month and your earnings and deductions. The payslip adds up the totals, shows net pay in large type, writes the amount in words and leaves space for signatures. Choose from many currencies, English or Bangla headings, and download a PDF.
What the payslip contains
Employer name and address, employee name, ID, designation, department and bank account, the pay period and pay date, a list of earnings such as basic salary, house rent and allowances, a list of deductions such as provident fund and tax, total earnings, total deductions and net pay.
Good to know
The tool does not calculate tax for you; enter the amounts you have worked out. For Bangladesh income tax use the salary tax calculators on this site first and then copy the figure here.
Worked example
A small company lists basic salary 30,000, house rent 15,000 and medical 3,000, deducts provident fund 3,000, and gets net pay 45,000 written out in words.
Tips for best results

Does it calculate tax?
No. You enter earnings and deductions yourself, and the tool adds them up. Use a salary tax calculator to work out the tax first.
Can I add or remove salary lines?
Yes. Add as many earning and deduction lines as you need and remove the ones you do not.
Are my details uploaded?
No. Everything stays in your browser on this device.
Can the amount be written in words?
Yes, in English with the right grouping for the currency. For Taka you can also choose Bangla headings.
