About this tool

Fill in your business details, the client, the items with quantity, price and tax, and a valid-until date. The quotation is drawn as you type, split over as many pages as needed, and downloaded as a PDF or PNG. Headings can be English or Bangla and your details are saved on your device only.

What a good quotation shows

Your name and contact details, the client, a quotation number, the date it was made and the date it stops being valid, each item with quantity and price, tax, any discount or delivery charge, and the total. Add terms such as delivery time and payment in the notes box.

Tips

Use a new number for every quotation. Choose the Bold header style for a stronger look, and pick your brand colour. When the client accepts, turn the same details into an invoice with the Invoice Maker.

Worked example

A shop adds three items with 5 percent tax, a 10 percent discount and a valid-until date two weeks away, then sends the PDF to the client by email.

Tips for best results

Take a moment to read the options before you start, and try the tool with a small sample first. Everything runs in your browser on your own device, so nothing you type or add is uploaded, and closing the tab clears it. If something does not look right, reload the page and try again, or use the report link on this page to tell us what went wrong so we can fix it. If a result still looks wrong, change one value at a time to see which box matters most. Bookmark this page if you will need the tool again.

Quick facts

Frequently asked questions

Is a quotation the same as an invoice?

No. A quotation is an offer of a price before work or sale. An invoice asks for payment after. The layout is similar, so you can reuse the same details.

Can I add my logo?

Yes. Add a picture and it is placed at the top left.

Will my details be saved?

They are saved in your browser on this device so they are there when you return. They are never uploaded.

Can I write in Bangla?

Yes. You can type in Bangla anywhere and choose Bangla headings.
