About this tool
Pick up to six cities and a date. The grid shows the local hour in every city for each hour of the day, with working hours in green and the hours that suit everyone outlined.
How to use it
Choose the cities of the people who will join and the date. Look for columns where every row is green. Those are the hours that suit all of them. The first row of numbers is UTC.
Tips
Check the date, because daylight saving changes the gap in spring and autumn. Offer two or three times, and rotate unfriendly hours between people if you meet often.
