About this tool
Choose a time and where it is. The table shows the same moment in western, central and eastern European time, London, Istanbul, Moscow and UTC for today, with daylight saving time applied.
The European zones
Western Europe Time is used in Portugal, the UK and Ireland. Central European Time covers Germany, France, Italy, Spain and many others. Eastern European Time covers Greece, Finland, Romania and Ukraine. Turkey and Moscow stay on a fixed time all year.
Daylight saving
The EU and UK move clocks forward on the last Sunday of March and back on the last Sunday of October, so the zones stay one hour apart all year. Moscow and Istanbul do not change, so their gap with the rest changes twice a year.
Example
12:00 in London is 13:00 in Paris, 14:00 in Athens and 15:00 in Moscow in summer.
