About this tool
Add an .eml file saved from your mail program and get a PDF that shows the subject, sender, recipients, date, the message text and the names of any attachments. It is handy for keeping a record of an email or sending it as one document.
What is in the PDF
The header block lists the subject, From, To, Cc and Date. The body uses the plain text part of the message; if there is only an HTML part, its text is extracted. Encoded words in names and subjects, such as Bangla subjects, are decoded.
What is not included
Attachments are listed by name but not embedded, and pictures inside HTML emails are not drawn. The tool runs in your browser, so the email is not uploaded.
Worked example
Save an email from Outlook or Thunderbird as .eml, add it here, and download a PDF named after the file. Use it for receipts, agreements and records you need to print or keep.
Tips for best results
Work on a copy of your file and keep the original until you have checked the result. Open the output before you send it to a portal, an employer or an office, and look at every page. If a size limit applies, check how the receiving site measures it, because some count a kilobyte as 1000 bytes and others as 1024. All processing happens inside your browser tab on your own device, so large files depend on your device memory and may take a little longer on a phone.
