CGPA and percentage
There is no single official conversion. A common method multiplies a 4.0 scale CGPA by 25 and a 5.0 scale GPA by 20. If a university or an employer publishes its own rule, use that. The calculator lets you type your own multiplier.
Marks and grade points
For SSC and HSC, 80 and above is A+ (5.00), 70 to 79 is A (4.00), 60 to 69 is A- (3.50), 50 to 59 is B (3.00), 40 to 49 is C (2.00), 33 to 39 is D (1.00) and below 33 is F. Universities usually follow a 4.0 table from A+ at 80 percent down to D at 40 percent, but each university publishes its own.
Age limit on a circular
Read the notice for the date on which age is counted, then enter your date of birth, that date and the limit for your category. The tool shows your age in years, months and days and the date you reach the limit.
Attendance
Enter classes attended and held to see your percentage, how many classes you can still miss, or how many you must attend in a row to reach 75 percent.
A note on accuracy
These are quick checks for planning. Final decisions are made by the board, university or commission, so always confirm with the official notice.
