About this tool

Type the title, date, time, place and details and download an .ics file. Open it on your phone or computer to add the event to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, with an optional reminder.

How to use it

Fill in the event, choose a reminder and download the file. Send the file by email or chat to invite others, or open it yourself to add the event to your calendar.

Tips

For a wedding, exam or flight, add the place and a reminder a day before. All day events do not need a time. The file contains only the details you typed.
