About this tool
Protect privacy before you share a picture. Draw a box over a face, a number plate, an address or a screenshot detail and choose pixelate or blur. You can hide as many areas as you like and undo the last one. Hidden parts are really changed in the saved picture, so they cannot be recovered. Nothing is uploaded.
When to use it
Hide faces, number plates and private details by blurring or pixelating an area before sharing.
Tips
Use a strong setting. Light blur can sometimes be reversed. Check the result at full size.
Privacy

No. The saved picture has the pixels replaced, so the original detail is gone. Keep your original separately.

Use a strong setting for either. Bigger blocks or a bigger blur hide more.
