About this tool
Record a tutorial, a meeting, a bug report or a game straight from your browser. Choose the whole screen, one window or one tab, and add your microphone or the computer’s sound. You can pause and resume. The recording is made on your own computer and is never uploaded, there is no time limit from us and no watermark. It works on Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer.

Tips
Close private tabs first. Allow microphone access if you want to narrate. Short clips save in smaller files.

No. The only limit is your computer’s memory. Very long recordings are better split into parts.
Why is my video a WebM file?
Browsers record in WebM. It plays in Chrome, Edge, Firefox and VLC, and most video editors open it.
Is the video uploaded?
No. It is recorded and saved in your browser.
