About this tool

Create a strong random password in one click. Choose a length from 8 to 64 and which characters to use. Look-alike characters such as O and 0 are left out so the password is easy to read. It uses your browser’s secure random generator and is never sent anywhere.

When to use it

Create strong random passwords for accounts, Wi-Fi and apps. Choose length and character types. Nothing is sent or saved.

Tips

Use at least 14 characters and a different password for each account. Store passwords in a password manager.

Privacy

Everything runs in your browser, so your data is not uploaded or stored.
