About this tool

Enter your start and end time and the break in minutes. You get the hours worked per day, per week and per month. Add an hourly rate and the number of days to see your pay. Shifts that cross midnight are handled.

When to use it

Add up your hours between start and end time, with breaks and pay, for a timesheet.

Tips

Use 24 hour time. Subtract unpaid breaks.

Notes

Enter times in 24 hour format and subtract unpaid breaks. For overnight shifts, the end time is on the next day. Round to the nearest quarter hour if your employer does.
