About this tool

Enter an address, a subject and a message. The tool builds a mailto link you can use in a button, an email signature or a website so that one click opens the visitor's mail app with everything filled in.

Where to use it

Use the link in an HTML anchor, a button or a QR code. Many email apps and phones open their default mail client.

Special characters

Spaces, line breaks and symbols are encoded for you, so the message survives in the link.

Limits

Very long messages may be cut by some mail apps. Keep the prefilled text short.
