What is the difference between the two modes?
Part mode encodes every special character, good for one value. Full link mode keeps characters like : / ? & that a web address needs.
Does it handle Bangla?
Yes. Bangla letters become percent codes and decode back.
Why are spaces %20?
Spaces are not allowed in URLs, so they are encoded.
What is the difference between encode and encodeURIComponent?
Encoding a full URL keeps symbols such as slashes. Component encoding converts them too.
