About this tool
Opening a CSV straight in Excel often breaks Bangla or drops the leading 0 of phone numbers. Here UTF-8 is read correctly, numbers starting with 0 stay as text, and real numbers stay numbers. Comma, semicolon or tab separators are detected for you.

Will a phone number keep its leading 0?
Yes. Numbers that start with 0 are kept as text so the 0 is not lost.
Which encodings work?
UTF-8 and UTF-16. When saving from Excel choose "CSV UTF-8".
Why are my columns in one cell?
The separator may be a semicolon or tab. Choose the matching separator.
Does it keep leading zeros?
Text columns keep their zeros when treated as text.
