Baby Vaccine Schedule in Bangladesh: EPI Dates by Age

Bangladesh's Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) gives children a series of free vaccines in the first years of life. Parents often lose track of dates, especially across several visits. Enter your baby's date of birth in the tool and you get a dated list you can save or screenshot.

Quick answer

Enter the baby's date of birth to see the due date of each routine vaccine, from BCG at birth to measles-rubella at 9 and 15 months. Always follow your EPI card and your doctor, who may adjust the schedule for your child.

The routine schedule in outline

The national programme follows these milestones (confirm the exact vaccines and doses with your EPI centre, because schedules are updated):

  • Birth: BCG (against tuberculosis), and oral polio as given.
  • 6 weeks, 10 weeks and 14 weeks: the combined vaccine against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, hepatitis B and Hib (pentavalent), oral polio, pneumococcal and rotavirus doses as scheduled, and IPV at 14 weeks.
  • 9 months: measles-rubella (MR).
  • 15 months: a second measles-rubella dose.

How to use the tool

  1. Type or pick the date of birth.
  2. Read the list of vaccines with their due dates.
  3. Save or screenshot the page and set reminders on your phone.

If a dose is missed

Do not restart the series. Most vaccines can be given late; the doctor will tell you how to catch up. Bring the EPI card to every visit and make sure each dose is signed and dated.

Important note

This tool is a reminder, not medical advice. Vaccine products and ages can change; the health worker at your EPI centre has the current national schedule.
