Enter the distance you ran and how long it took. The calculator gives your pace per kilometre and per mile and your speed. It also shows how long 5K, 10K, a half marathon and a marathon would take at the same pace.
When to use it
Work out your pace and race times from distance and time.
Tips
Use the pace to plan splits. Train at a pace you can hold.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser, so your data is not uploaded or stored.
Race times
A 5:30 per km pace gives a 10K in 55 minutes. To run a 4 hour marathon you need about 5:41 per km. Start a little slower than target pace and speed up.
With the boxes at their starting values (Distance (km): 5; Hours: 0; Minutes: 30; Seconds: 0), the tool shows: Pace per km: 6:00; Pace per mile: 9:39; Speed (km/h): 10.00; Speed (mph): 6.21; 5K at this pace: 30:00; 10K at this pace: 1:00:00; Half marathon: 2:06:35; Marathon: 4:13:10. Change any box to see your own numbers. The result updates as you type, and nothing leaves your browser.
