shobfree.com is a collection of free online tools for everyday file, document and money work: PDF, images, documents, calculators, converters and more. It is built in many languages, including Bangla and English, for people who need a quick, honest result without creating an account, and every tool runs inside your own browser.
Why this site exists
Many online tools are slow, hide the real limit behind a sign-up wall, or quietly keep your files. We wanted a place where a student, a job applicant, a freelancer or a small business owner can compress a PDF, resize a photo to the exact pixels and KB a form asks for, or work out a salary after tax in a minute, in their own language, without handing over personal data. That need is especially sharp in Bangladesh, where portals are strict about photo, signature and PDF sizes, and where good Bangla tools are still rare.
How your files are treated
The tools run inside your browser. Your file is opened, changed and saved on your own device and is never uploaded to our server, so there is nothing for us to store, read or delete. You do not have to take this on trust: the How it works page explains how to check it yourself, and has a one-click test that counts network requests while a PDF is built. Closing the tab clears everything from memory.
What we offer
Over 500 tools in plain categories: organising, optimising and converting PDF files, editing and signing, image and photo tools, document makers such as CV and invoice, calculators for tax, loans, health, dates and study marks, text and developer utilities, and country sections for Bangladesh, the UK, the US, Australia and others. Ready-made sizes, such as 100 KB or a 300 × 300 photo, are one click away inside the tools.
Who is behind it
shobfree.com is created, designed and maintained by Saizul Amin, a web developer from Bangladesh. It is a small independent project, not a company or a front for another service. You can reach us at any time through the contact page, and every tool has a report a problem link that opens the form with the tool already named.
How calculators and guides are checked
Calculators for tax, fees and benefits use published rates and rules, and the page shows the date it was last reviewed and a link to the official source where one exists. Results are estimates for planning, not legal, tax or medical advice, and the page says so. Before a guide is published, the steps and limits it describes are tested on the tool itself with real files. When a tool or a rule changes, the guide is updated and the date is shown.
Corrections and feedback
If a result looks wrong, a rate is out of date or a guide is unclear, please tell us. Corrections are made as soon as they are confirmed. Suggestions for new tools are welcome too; many tools here started as a message from a visitor.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are used. It receives general information such as page name, country and device type, never your files. The site may show ads served by Google AdSense, which can use cookies; ads are kept apart from tools and guides and never change what a tool does. Your language choice is remembered in a small cookie. The privacy policy has the details.
How the site is funded
The tools are free to use, with no premium tier and no watermark. Hosting and development are paid for by advertising and by the author. Nothing is sold, and your files are never part of the business model because we never receive them.
