About this tool
Type a nine-digit TFN. The tool tests the check digit with the standard weighting rule, so it catches typing mistakes. Nothing is sent anywhere. Never share a TFN with people you do not trust.
How it works
A nine digit TFN is checked with weights 1, 4, 3, 7, 5, 8, 6, 9, 10 and the total must divide by 11.
