About this tool
Choose a PDF, add as many text boxes and check boxes as you need, give each a page and a position and download a fillable PDF that opens in any PDF reader. People can type into the boxes and save or print the result. Everything happens in your browser.
Typical uses
Create a fill-in application form from a plain PDF, add a signature date box to a contract, or turn a scanned paper form into something that can be filled on screen.
Placing fields
Positions are percentages of the page measured from the left and from the top, so they work for any page size. Start with a rough position, open the result and adjust by editing the numbers and creating the form again.
Field names
Give each field a unique name without spaces. The names are what other software sees when it reads the form data.
Privacy
The PDF is processed locally and not uploaded.
