About this tool

Add an EPUB (EPUB e-book) file and get its plain text, ready to copy or save as a TXT file. It is handy when you only need the words, for example to paste them into an email, a form or another editor. Nothing is uploaded.

How to get text from EPUB

Add the file and press the button. The text appears in the box and can be copied or downloaded as a .txt file with UTF-8 encoding, so Bangla and other scripts are kept.

What you get

Paragraphs and headings become plain lines separated by blank lines. Tables become tab-separated rows, which paste well into a spreadsheet.

Privacy

The file never leaves your device. This is useful for private letters, contracts and notes.

ファイルのコピーで作業し、結果を確認するまで元のファイルを保管してください。ポータル、雇用主、機関に送る前に、出力を開いてすべてのページを確認しましょう。サイズ制限がある場合は、受け取る側のサイトがどう計測するかを確認してください。1キロバイトを1000バイトと数えるところも、1024バイトと数えるところもあります。処理はすべて端末のブラウザタブ内で行われるため、大きなファイルは端末のメモリに左右され、スマートフォンでは少し時間がかかることがあります。
