About this tool
Find the final price in a sale. Enter the original price, a discount percent and, if the shop gives a second discount, that too. Add sales tax or VAT to see the full price at the till. You see how much you saved.
When to use it
Work out the sale price after one or two discounts and tax, and see how much you save.
Tips
Two discounts of 20 percent each are not 40 percent. The second applies to the reduced price.
