Protein needs depend on your weight and what you do. Enter your weight and choose the closest goal, from a mostly sedentary life to strength training or cutting weight. You get a range in grams per day and per meal. People with kidney disease should ask a doctor first.
When to use it
Estimate how much protein you need each day from weight and goal.
Tips
Spread protein over meals. Needs rise with training.
Privacy
Everything runs in your browser, so your data is not uploaded or stored.
Esempio svolto
With the boxes at their starting values (Body weight (kg): 70; Your activity or goal: Active, light exercise; Meals per day: 3), the tool shows: Grams per kg: 1 – 1.4 g/kg; Per meal: 23 – 33 g; Per day: 70 – 98 g. Change any box to see your own numbers. The result updates as you type, and nothing leaves your browser.
