You finish a CV, an application or a report in Word and send it to someone. On their phone the fonts change, the table slips, a picture moves to the next page. This is why almost every official submission asks for a PDF. A PDF is a fixed picture of your page: what you see is what everybody sees.

The free Word to PDF tool converts your document in seconds while keeping the layout, images, tables and Bangla text.

Quick answer

Open Word to PDF, upload your .docx or .doc file, press convert and download the PDF. Layout, images and tables are kept. Macros are never run.

Why send a PDF instead of a Word file?

  • The layout cannot change. Fonts, spacing and page breaks stay exactly as you made them.
  • It is harder to edit by accident. A PDF is a finished document, not a working draft.
  • It opens everywhere. Any phone, tablet or computer can read a PDF without Word.
  • It is expected. Job portals, universities and offices usually ask for PDF.
  • The file is often smaller than a Word file with embedded pictures.

How to convert, step by step

  1. Open the Word to PDF tool.
  2. Upload your Word file. Both .docx and the older .doc are accepted.
  3. Press convert and wait for the progress bar.
  4. Download the PDF and open it to check the pages.

Getting Bangla text right

Normal Bangla text written in Unicode fonts converts correctly. A little care avoids problems:

  • Use Unicode Bangla fonts such as Noto Sans Bengali, Kalpurush or SolaimanLipi.
  • Avoid legacy Bijoy fonts such as SutonnyMJ. If such a font is not available on the server it may be replaced, and the text can look wrong. Convert old text first with Bijoy to Unicode.
  • Check conjunct letters after conversion by reading through the PDF once.

Make the Word file ready first

A few minutes of preparation gives a much better PDF:

  • Turn on print layout and check where pages break. Add page breaks deliberately.
  • Make sure images are placed inline or anchored properly so they do not float away.
  • Look for tables that split across pages and adjust them.
  • Use real styles for headings, which keeps the structure tidy.
  • Remove comments and tracked changes if the file is final.

Privacy

The document is used only to produce the PDF. The original is deleted as soon as processing ends and the result is removed automatically a short time later. No account is needed and files are not stored in a database. See the privacy policy.

Real situations where a PDF is expected

Job applications. Employers open hundreds of CVs on different devices. A PDF shows exactly the layout you designed, whereas a Word file can reflow on a phone and make your CV look broken.

University assignments and theses. Most departments ask for PDF so that page numbers, figures and references stay in place for marking.

Official letters and applications. Government offices and banks often accept only PDF attachments, and a PDF is harder to alter by accident.

Contracts and quotations. When a document is final, a PDF signals that it is not a draft to be edited.

Prepare the Word file first

Ten minutes of preparation prevents the typical problems:

  1. Set the page size to A4 or Letter in Layout, so that the PDF has the right paper size.
  2. Embed or choose safe fonts. Use Unicode fonts such as Noto Sans Bengali, Calibri, Arial or Times New Roman.
  3. Turn off tracked changes and accept or reject them, so that no markup shows.
  4. Delete comments and hidden text you do not want others to see.
  5. Check the table of contents and update fields so page numbers are right.
  6. Look at the print preview to see where pages break.
  7. Keep pictures reasonably sized. Huge images make a large PDF.

Quality checks after conversion

  • Page count. It should match Word's page count.
  • Fonts and Bangla letters. Zoom in and read through.
  • Tables and borders should be intact.
  • Images should sit next to the right text.
  • Hyperlinks should still be clickable if you used them.
  • Header, footer and page numbers should appear on every page.

If something is off, adjust it in Word and convert again. Avoid editing the PDF; fixing the source is cleaner.

Is it free? Yes, with no sign-up or watermark.
