How to Reverse the Page Order of a PDF (Fix Backwards Scans)
Put the pages of a PDF in the opposite order, useful when a scan came out backwards or when you want to print in reverse.

Some scanners feed the last page first, and some printers deliver pages face up, so the stack is backwards. Reordering by hand in a viewer is slow for long documents.
Quick answer
Add the PDF and download a copy where the last page is first. Pages are copied as they are, so text stays selectable.
Common reasons
- Backwards scans from a feeder that read the stack upside down.
- Printing in reverse order so the output is in the right sequence.
- Right-to-left or Arabic scripts documents produced in the wrong order.
- Changing the reading order of a presentation or a gallery.
Steps
- Open the tool and add the PDF.
- Press reverse.
- Download and check the first page.
Tips
- If you scanned front and back sides separately, use Interleave PDF to merge them in the correct order.
- For custom orders, use Organize PDF and drag pages.
- To rotate sideways pages, use Rotate PDF.
- Bookmarks and links may not survive reordering; check if you rely on them.
Privacy
Reversing runs in your browser. The file stays on your device.
