About this tool

Many online forms say "photo 300×300 pixels, under 100 KB". Type the size and the maximum KB and the picture is produced to fit. Choose "Crop to fill" to get the exact size without distorting the picture. It works the same way for signature pictures.

Frequently asked questions

Will the picture be stretched out of shape?

No. "Keep proportions" and "Crop to fill" never distort it. Only "Stretch" does.

How is the KB limit reached?

By lowering quality a little and, if needed, making the picture slightly smaller. With a KB limit the picture becomes a JPG.
