About this tool
Write Bangla without installing a keyboard. Type the sound in English letters, for example ami, tumi, bhalo, and the Bangla appears: আমি, তুমি, ভালো. Letters you type in a row join, so kk gives ক্ক. The numbers can turn into Bangla digits. This is a simple phonetic converter. It follows common Avro-style rules but is not identical to Avro. Copy the text and paste it anywhere.
Frequently asked questions
How do I type a conjunct letter?
Type the consonants one after the other, for example sh and t together. A vowel o between consonants keeps them apart.
Is it the same as Avro?
It is similar and simpler. Some words may need a small fix after you paste them.
